About Our Pastors

Dwight Hodne

Pastor Dwight Hodne grew up in Roxbury, Massachusetts where he found Christ as a young boy. Later, during his studies at The King’s College, while working as a program director at a summer camp, he answered God’s call into the ministry and went on to graduate from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in 1971.

He has served as a youth pastor, church planting pastor and senior pastor of five Evangelical Free Churches from Illinois to Long Island, New York. For five years he served as the first full time administrator of Camp Orchard Hill. After moving away from Dallas in 1995 to serve in New Jersey, he returned to the church he planted in 1981, and resides with his wife, Holly, serving as the Senior Pastor of Fellowship EFC since June of 2006.

He comes with a love for Bible teaching, counseling, and discipleship. His priority is to be a good husband to Holly and a good father to three grown children and five grandchildren. He believes that true discipleship begins in the home and filters into the local church.

Outside the church, he enjoys home improvement projects, guitar, boating and water skiing, and the quiet splendor of the mountains.
